What is new about Vol. 2?

Naturally we wanted to make this book even better. To do so we dug a little deeper into the stories behind the chefs and restaurants, and even went behind-the-scenes to show step-by-step instructions and details for some of the more complex recipes. We redesigned the format, keeping the recipes together with the restaurant’s profile and grouping them into chapters by theme. We also brought on a recipe editor to make sure the recipes were accurate and more friendly for the home chef. Ultimately we think this volume will be more fun to read and much easier to use.

What isn't new about Vol. 2?

To keep things consistent, the book is once again 8.5 x 9.5," with a hardcover, and features over 230 pages of text and full-color photography.
