RETURN POLICY

Orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately to arrange a replacement.  Please provide your name, order number, and a description of the issue, and attach a photo of the defect/damage. I will coordinate return shipping. To do so, I ask that you save all packaging materials. I’m happy to send a replacement product, provided the one is available. If the product is out of stock, I will refund your order in its entirety. All requests for replacement must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

No order changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.


ORDER PROCESSING

In-stock products ship next business day or up to 2 business days later.


ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING EMAIL

 

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted, and as soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.


SHIPPING RATES

I've tried to make our shipping rates as economical as possible. At this point in time, I am only shipping via USPS and typically depart from Oilville, Virginia.


SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

I cannot change your order or shipping address once an order has been received. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through this shop AND through PayPal) before submitting your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.

All items placed under one order will be delivered to the same address. Please place separate orders if you want to send items to separate addresses. This will ensure separate processing and USPS tracking information for you.
