Vol. 2
Due to several requests for a bolder, more neighborhood-centric version of the Richmond Type Map, I created a new option for your walls—The Richmond Hood Map! I even snuck in a few fan-favorite areas that didn't quite squeeze into the original—such as Westover Hills, Bellevue, and Lakeside.
Just like the Richmond Type Map, these posters have been printed on offset lithographic presses in Richmond, using 80lb uncoated paper that is FSC-Certified and endorsed by the Rainforest Alliance.
The first edition of these maps sold out, but don't worry; Volume 2 is the same as the original (minus one tiny little edit—bonus points for anyone who can find it!).

The Lettered Hood Map is the final addition to the Richmond Type Map family. This map was created completely by hand, using the original Hood Map as its footprint. Hang it alone or place it side-by-side with the original Hood Map for a fun before and after comparison.

Based on our top-selling Richmond Type Map Poster, I created ten cards featuring five neighborhoods: The Museum District, The Fan, Downtown & The Capitol, Old Town Manchester, and Shockoe Bottom. The Notecards are blank on the inside and come paired with nifty kraft paper envelopes.
The notecards are 5.5 x 4.25", and the envelopes are a standard A2.

It took exactly 533 layers of typography, a palette of 37 colors, and more than 100 hours to complete this unique map of Richmond, Virginia.
